Overview

The Senior Analytics Manager is a key member of the Analytics team with primary accountability to drive the end-to-end analytics for Efinancial’s lead acquisition and conversion model to maximize lifetime value. Reporting to the Vice President of Data Strategy, Analytics & Insights this role will interact with key members of the Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Marketing organizations to deliver on the company’s aggressive sales, marketing, financial, and operational goals.  The ideal candidate will have a blend of business acumen, entrepreneurial drive, cutting edge analytics knowledge and orientation, and contemporary online customer acquisition and call center experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides analytical thought leadership to drive lead acquisition and lead management, and establishes end-to-end analytics for revenue and lifetime value generation
  • Optimizes use of predictive model scores and other approaches to filter, route, prioritize leads in the call center via test-and-control or champion-challenger approaches
  • Develops analysis to determine the impact of price/product changes on sales and marketing efficiency
  • Develops in-depth knowledge of the product set, sales process and nuances associated with distinct products to drive the optimal mix of products
  • Sets business direction for Business Intelligence projects to maximize throughput
  • Provides business leadership for large analytics infrastructure initiatives such as BI/cloud, and integration with third party vendor technologies or call centers
  • Works effectively with Sales, Marketing, and IT to drive implementation of agenda

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of high-quality analytics work experience
  • Bachelors’ education in STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) desired; MBA / Masters preferred.
  • Significant business acumen covering the end-to-end of an online direct-to-consumer business
  • Experience in consulting or in consumer financial services highly preferred
  • Experience in modern BI and analytics tools: e.g., SQL, Tableau, etc. Experience with machine learning, cloud-based ETL/ELT projects a huge plus
