Efinancial is seeking an outgoing Receptionist to oversee all front office duties, special projects, administrative support to Management, and a variety of clerical activities. The Receptionist will also greet visitors, answers incoming calls and processes incoming and outgoing mail. Our ideal Receptionist will have a strong attention to detail, be a team-player with great communication, and be a quick learner.


  • Greet all visitors and manage a multi-line phone with an average of up to 40 calls per hour
  • As a brand ambassador, be the first to greet clients, employees and guests
  • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for management
  • Oversee day to day operational and administrative tasks
  • Work as part of a team on a variety of different projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • Assist with back office operations support including customer service, filing, and stepping in if a team member is out of office
  • Perform other assignments as described by the team Manager


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral to professionals at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong organization skills
  • Possess a history of being a quick learner
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong proofreading and grammar skills
