eFinancial is seeking a new Case Manager to manage the relationships and underwriting decision processes for our eIndependent Agent’s new business. As an integral role in the processing of new business, the Case Manager will act as the key liaison between the customer, Agent, and insurance carrier. Through impeccable service and subject matter expertise, the Case Manager will oversee multiple relationships by closely aligning themselves to the needs and preferences of the Agent’s business. A successful Case Manager will thrive in a fast paced and high volume environment, act as a subject matter expert in carrier requirement knowledge and be a collaborative team player.
