    The Customer Development Representative will be leading the first point of contact, via our auto dialer, with prospective customers to qualify and transfer them to a licensed Account Executive.  Engaging customers who previously requested to be contacted, the Customer Development Representative will be tasked with creating urgency, overcoming front end objections, and perseverance.  The Customer Development Representative opportunity is fast paced, high volume, and is part of a culture that is performance driven.


    • You will make the critical first contact with interested customers to determine level of interest and connect them with an in-house licensed Account Executive to discuss their life insurance needs
    • Although there is no cold calling, you will exercise urgency, perseverance, and express the importance of what life insurance protection can provide
    • Successful candidates are competitive, customer centric, and can build customer rapport quickly


    • Associate degree preferred with 1-2 years of relative work experience
    • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
    • Ability and willingness to adhere to our customer code of conduct and compliance standards
    • Performance driven, call center experience ideally overcoming objections, qualifying customers, transferring based on eligibility, or selling
    • Clear speaking voice with the ability to quickly build rapport in a warm and engaging manner
    • Comfortable leveraging multiple Windows based platforms to facilitate the customer solution
