    eFinancial is seeking a passionate and goal driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.  The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing high-volume, full life cycle recruitment support for our Sales recruiting efforts at our Chicago and Seattle area locations. Our ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist will possess the drive and determination to hit the high demands for our monthly, revolving recruitment metrics and can flourish in a data-driven environment. 

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct Full-Life Cycle Recruitment for Business Development Representatives/Account Executives with 1-5 years of experience preferably in insurance or call center sales.
    • Hire 15 Business Development/Account Executive hires per month and build a solid pipeline to boot.
    • Have the ability to source. While posting and praying is great, sourcing candidates is a must.
    • It will be important that you are not only as an amazing, consultative, Talent Acquisition Professional, but also a strong business partner, advisor and consultant to our hiring teams.
    • Practice professionalism, possess a strong sense of urgency and have an innate ability to assess talent quickly.
    • Master iCIMS, our applicant tracking tool, thoroughly and without issue. You know how to have your candidate workflow on point and enjoy having technological attention to detail.
    • Be a brand ambassador and can ensure all who pass through your hands have a terrific candidate experience.

    Qualifications

    • 2-5 years of Recruitment Experience; preferably in insurance sales or call center sales
    • 1 year of iCIMS Experience.
    • A genuine passion for recruiting and the desire to surround yourself with other like minded professionals.
    • A competitive nature but an ability to check your ego at the door.
    • Nimbleness and aptitude to handle changing priorities.
    • Honesty coupled with a tremendous amount of integrity.
    • The ability to admit to a mistake, own it and then learn from it.
